11th Edition of India Chem 2020 from October 8-10, 2020 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, NSE Complex, Goregaon, Mumbai, India
The Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Government of India, in association with Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) is organizing the largest event of Chemicals and Petrochemical Industry in India, in its 11th edition i.e. India Chem 2020 is schedule to be held from October 8-10, 2020 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, NSE Complex, Goregaon, Mumbai, India. India-Chem is one of the largest composite events of Chemicals and Petrochemicals industry of the Asia-Pacific region.
The event is expected to register a significant growth both in terms of space, exhibitors' participation and potential buyer/ visitor attendance as it provides a platform for stakeholders from across the world to interact and forge alliances with Chemicals and Petrochemicals Industry. The Indian chemical industry is at the threshold of rapid growth and Government of India is keen to provide an atmosphere of support and encouragement under “Make in India” initiative to leverage the existing potential and opportunities
The Indian chemical industry is at the threshold of rapid growth with the Govt. of India providing an atmosphere of support and encouragement. The Indian chemical industry has the potential to grow over 9% per annum to reach $304 billion by FY 2025. The growth is expected to be driven by rising demand in end-use segments and expanding trade fueled by increasing export competitiveness.
The 10th edition of India Chem 2018 had witnessed overwhelming participation from 24 countries namely Argentina, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, China, Germany, Iran, Israel, Kuwait, Malaysia, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan (ROC), Trinidad & Tobago, Turkey, United Kingdom, USA, Vietnam and Japan.
