The above mentioned RFP has been uploaded on the website https://defproc.gov.in/nicgep/app. The RFP has been uploaded through the def-procurement module and can be found using the above information. Only those bidders who are enrolled on the e-procurement portal and are in possession of valid Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) approved by CCA, India can participate.

3. As per existing orders, Firms whose credentials have been verified and found suitable by the DA/MAs have been considered as REGISTERED VENDORS and are exempted from paying Earnest Money Deposit Fees.
