Death Certificate
DEATH CERTIFICATE
Following documents are required for Registration of Death of Indian national:

1. Duly filled in miscellaneous/attestation form (Link for application form:
https://www.indembassysweden.gov.in/page/application-forms/)
2.Original Passports for deceased and applicant
3. Photocopy of deceased passport and self-attested photocopy of applicant’s passport
4. Original Death Certificate from the local authorities/Skatteverket with photocopy
5. Payment proof of SEK 224
6. Applicants living in Sweden may send self-addressedreturn REK/Registered envelop in order to get the passports, Death Certificate and registration of death certificate back
