1. COMPLIANCE TO RESTRICTIONS UNDER RULE 144 (XI) OF GFR 2017: NOT APPLICABLE.
As per OM No F.7/10/2021-PPD(II) dated 27.03.2026, issued by DOE, prior DPIIT registration of bidder(s) from a country which shares land border with India is not applicable.
Hence, any bidder from a country which shares land border with India is eligible to participate in the current tender.
2. Due date is extended till 27.04.2026.
