Maritime India Summit (MIS 2021) scheduled from 2- 4 March 2021 : Virtual Platform

Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Government of India is organizing ‘Maritime India Summit 2021 (MlS 2021)’ from March 2-4, 2021 over virtual platform to promote both domestic and international investment in the Indian Ports and Maritime sector. Hon'ble Prime Minister of India has kindly consented to inaugurate the Summit on March 2, 2021.

Considering the prevailing COVID-I9 pandemic, the Summit will be held virtually. The initial Maritime India Summit (MIS-2016) witnessed participation of over 5000 delegates from 42 countries resulting in over 140 Business Agreements.

MIS 2021 will be attended by various stakeholders in the maritime sectors such as Policy Planners, Senior Government Officials, Domestic and International Investors, Sector Experts, Shipping Line Owners, Representatives of Major Ports from across the world as well as the Govemments of Maritime States in India. The Proposed Summit will also host forums for interaction and collaboration with the Indian and International Ports, Shipping and Maritime Companies, Investors and other stakeholders.
