31st INDIA CARPET EXPO from 11 - 14 March 2016 at New Delhi, India

Carpet Export Promotion Council (CEPC), under the aegis of Government of India, is organizing 31st edition of INDIA CARPET EXPO from 11 - 14 March 2016 in NSIC Exhibition Complex, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi - one of the largest Handmade Carpet Trade Fairs in the Asia, where almost all prominent handmade carpet manufacturer and exporters will showcase their complete range of Handmade Carpets, Rugs and other Floor Coverings. Overseas Carpet Buyers from all continents shall be visiting India Carpet Expo for sourcing Handmade Carpets, Rugs and other floor coverings.

The INDIA CARPET EXPO is a unique platform for the buyers to source the best of Handmade Carpets, Rugs and other floor coverings competitively under one roof. India Carpet Expo started in the year 2000, is a biannual fair and has become a world fame international fair amongst the buyers of Handmade carpets, rugs and other floor coverings. Most of the Manufacturers and Exporters from main carpet producing areas like Bhadohi, Mirzapur, Varanasi, Agra, Jaipur, Panipat and Srinagar etc. will be exhibiting their wide range and varieties of handmade carpets, rugs and other floor-coverings in the Expo.

1.         To facilitate the visit of overseas buyers for attending India Carpet Expo from 11 - 14 March 2016, the Council offers the following package as a special gesture to the selected Overseas buyers of Handmade Carpets/ Rugs etc. : -

 a.  Reimbursement towards Airfare, as a Subsidy:

Buyers from USA, Canada, Australia,           New Zealand, South Africa, Brazil, Chile and all other LAC (Latin American Countries).

Buyers from all other countries

US $ 550

 b.    Complimentary hotel accommodation up to 2 nights (Room rent with breakfast) in Delhi between 10 to 14 March 2016.

 c.      Buyers of Handmade Carpets/Rugs etc. with Indian Passport, having Permanent Residential Card of residing country, are also eligible for the above package, subject to selection by the Competent Authority.
