Corrigendum has been published for the tender and below conditions shall be integral part of the tender terms:

  1.  The requirement of EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and Performance Security mentioned in the tender document has been waived off i.e. EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and Performance Security is NIL.
  2.  “The right of postponement/ advancement/ rescheduling of delivery relating to the enquiry items shall be reserved by BHEL-HEEP/ mutually agreed.”
